Terms & Conditions

ADVANCE RECEIPT / CUSTOMER ORDER

  1. For placing orders 75% of the estimated order value is to be paid as advance.
  2. Special care is taken to maintain exact weight and design as per order, but a minor deviation may occur in the process of manufacture.
  3. Our best efforts are given to execute orders within due date of delivery but they are not liable to cancellation, if any delay arises due to unforseen circumstances. At no point of time, the company shall pay interest towards the said amount to the customer.
  4. The rate on the ordered date will be valid on the amount of advance received and the balance amount will be charged as per the rate on the date of delivery and making charges will be calculated on the day of delivery. The rate on the ordered date on the advance amount will be valid for nine months after which the advance will be considered as cash advance only.
  5. On cancellation of customer order, making charges of the ornaments will be adjusted/deducted against the amount of advance. Customized ordered ornaments are not exchangeable at the time of delivery. Such customised ornaments if exchanged within 3 days making charges will be deducted/adjusted.
  6. Advance will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  7. Management reserves the right to cancel any ordered or booked ornaments if delivery is not taken within three months from the stipulated date of delivery.

EXCHANGE / BUYBACK

  1. Sold ornaments can be exchanged if returned unused within three days without any deduction in the making charges.
  2. There is no buy back or exchange on Bronze Ornaments, Copper Ornaments, Foiled 24ct Ornaments, coloured & semiprecious stones, astrological stones etc.
  3. In case of buyback of company's own jewellery, original tax invoice or e-invoice has to be produced.
  4. Buy-back of diamond jewellery will be at 90% only of the diamond value of the prevailing prices; and exchange of the same will be at 100% of the prevailing prices.
  5. Buy back of platinum jewellery will be at 90% of metal value and exchange of the same will at 100% of the prevailing prices.
  6. In case of exchange or purchase, the weight of gold will be net of all pearl, stones, lac, dust, dirt and any other extraneous material. Hallmarked gold ornaments will be purchased at prevailing purchase rate. Payments will be made through banking channels only.
  7. Making, wastage, stone, taxes and other charges given on the original tax invoice will be deducted at the time of exchanges or buyback.
  8. In case of exchange or buyback the Company will make deduction in the value of jewellery if the jewellery sold has been tampered, altered, misused, broken, mishandled, used some chemicals or repaired in any way.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Delivery will be made only after realisation of cheque/draft and against original advance receipt only.
  2. The customer needs to submit the original copy of the advance receipt/deposit receipt to adjust the same or to take delivery of the jewellery. In case of loss of the original receipt the customer has to lodge an FIR with the local Police Station and has to submit an application with the copy of the FIR to the company.
  3. The Company is not responsible for any damage, weight loss of jewellery due to wear and tear, and due to usage of the ornaments purchased by the customers. Customers are requested to kindly check the ornaments in terms of weight and finishing before leaving the showroom.
  4. For purchase payment/exchange on a single day for Rs. 2.00 Lakhs (Rupees Two Lakhs) and above customers would be required to furnish a copy of their PAN card.
  5. Disputes, if any, are subject to Agartala / Kolkata Jurisdiction only.
  6. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions from time to time.
  7. I agree to receive updates and communications.

SILVER

Natural Characteristics of Silver

Silver may tarnish or change colour over time due to environmental exposure. This is a natural property of silver and does not indicate a manufacturing defect. Tarnishing, wear and tear, or colour change will not be accepted as grounds for return, exchange, or repair.

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange is permitted only for silver jewellery and articles purchased from our store.
  2. Exchange value will be calculated on the weight of the silver.
  3. All items are subject to physical verification and weight assessment.
  4. No cash refund will be given under any circumstances.

Buyback Policy

  1. Silver items purchased from our store are eligible for buyback at the prevailing silver purchase rate on the date of buyback.
  2. Buyback will be calculated on the net silver weight of the product, excluding stones, beads, hooks, fancy materials, screws, or any non-silver components.
  3. The original purchase bill must be produced at the time of buyback.

Return Policy

Silver jewellery, articles, and coins once sold cannot be changed, returned or refunded under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Any request for change, return or refund will be processed only under the applicable Buyback or Exchange Policy, subject to their respective terms and conditions. Customers are requested to refer to those policies for further details.

Repair Policy

We do not undertake or assume liability for repair of any silver jewellery, articles, or coins. No repair requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

Payment Clearance

Delivery will be made only after full realisation of payment in case of cheque, draft, or any non-instant payment method.

Disputes, if any, are subject to Agartala/Kolkata jurisdiction.

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or revise the above terms and conditions from time to time, at its discretion.
